Velumic Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Uttar Pradesh, India. Its objects extend to the whole of India.

This website is provided for informational purposes: to explain Velumic Foundation's charitable objects, legal structure, and how to contact or support it. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, and to correct any error we find. Where our memorandum of association and this website ever disagree on a legal or financial fact, the memorandum of association is correct.

Once this website's donation feature is live, donations made through it will be voluntary contributions to Velumic Foundation's charitable objects, as set out in its memorandum of association. Donations do not entitle a donor to any goods, services, membership, or ownership interest in return.

If you choose to be shown publicly when you give, and if you buy a brick on our Wall of Fame, these terms apply to what appears.

What you may put. A name, or a short message or dedication. A brick may carry a name and, on some types of brick, a second line. The number of letters is stated beside each type when you choose it, and it is counted the way a reader counts letters, so Hindi and English get the same room.

What we will not publish. Website addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers or other contact details; anything that reads as an advertisement; language we would not print; and the name of a well-known person or public official where it would suggest they gave or endorsed this work. We check every message, every brick, and every business name before it appears.

If we cannot publish what you wrote, we will tell you which of these reasons applies, and you may change it and send it again at no extra cost. If you would rather not change it, you may ask us to refund that gift — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Businesses. A business may buy a brick. A business brick carries the business's name and a short line, and nothing else: no logo, no website, no telephone number, no offer and no call to action. It is marked "Sponsor" wherever it appears. This is recognition of a gift, not advertising space, and we will decline anything that reads as the latter.

How long a brick stays up. A brick appears on the live wall for the number of days stated for its type, counted from the day we approve it, not the day you paid — so the time we take to check it is never taken out of the time you bought. After that it moves to our permanent wall, where it stays.

Being shown does not change anything about your gift. It does not change its tax position, it gives you no say in how the foundation is run, and it is not a service we are selling you — it is how we thank you in public.

Taking it down. You may remove your name, the amount, your message or your brick at any time, yourself, using the private link we give you after you give. We may also remove something later if we find it breaks these terms; if we do, we will tell you why.

After you give, we give you a link you can pass on. You may share it however you like. Please do not send it in bulk to people who have not asked to hear from you: we may stop counting referrals from a link, or remove someone from the Referral Champions list, if it is used that way.

Referral Champions is ordered by the number of gifts a link brought, never by amounts, and appearing on it is a separate choice you make when you give.

The text, design, and brand mark on this website belong to Velumic Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may share or quote this website's content for non-commercial purposes with attribution; you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our permission.

This website is provided "as is." While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
