80G registration — what allows a donor to claim a tax deduction — is still in progress and has not been granted yet, so please treat a gift made today as not tax-deductible. We will write to you if that status changes. Whether a gift made before registration can later be claimed is a question for your own tax adviser — we would rather say so than guess.
