Education & Deep-Technology Incubation

India trains extraordinary engineers — mostly in a handful of cities, mostly for people who could already afford the years of preparation it took to get there. We think the aptitude for deep technology is distributed a lot more widely than the access to it. This pillar exists to close that gap: not with another scholarship announcement, but with laboratories, instructors, and equipment placed where they're needed, not where they're easiest to build.

Fund Education

Clause 3(a)(1)

Velumic Foundation's first object is to promote, establish, administer, and maintain non-commercial scientific research laboratories, technical skill centres, innovation hubs, and educational incubation centres.

This includes imparting systematic instruction, advanced vocational skilling, and practical research training to students, scholars, and innovators in deep-technology domains — including artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, advanced embedded computing, clean and renewable energy systems, and computational sciences.

It also covers sponsoring academic fellowships, internships, technical seminars, and open scientific publications; collaborating with statutory councils, universities, and academic institutions on vocational and technical curricula; and registering and protecting resulting intellectual property, licensed non-exclusively to academic, public, or commercial bodies to foster technical education and socio-economic advancement.
